1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 oz. Calvados

Variation on the Sidecar and Cable Car, an original recipe by former Normandy-dweller Pete. Don’t let the bucolic name fool you — this packs a punch. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Sugar rim and thin apple wedge garnish. Sounds goood!
